Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

The role ensures on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Manage project costs, approve invoices, and control expenses
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular project status reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Resolve issues, conflicts, and delays efficiently
• Other duties as assigned
