Campanelli is seeking a Project Manager to supervise and deliver multiple construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will manage planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts, safety, and client satisfaction, coordinating with owners, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in construction management.
• Experience delivering both multifamily wood-frame and commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to anticipate, document, and address issues related to safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders; can negotiate subcontracts and change orders.
• Proficiency with Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Trade contractor oversight to ensure compliance with specs and regulations.
• Contract administration, permits, and licenses management.
• Supervise Campanelli staff; review reports and resolve issues.
• Track and control schedule and costs to meet budget and time targets.
• Provide regular cost, schedule, and quality performance updates.
• Chair owner, subcontractor, design coordination, and AHJ meetings; keep minutes.
• Communicate project status to owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Draft and enforce safety requirements on the project.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with contract documents.
• Estimate, develop budgets, manage costs, and handle change orders.
• Create, implement, and manage the project schedule with coordination.
• Travel to job sites as required; attend weekly meetings.
