Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to promote new business.
• Serve as primary point of contact to ensure effective communication among clients, estimators, superintendents, and others.
• Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities with field team and subcontractors.
• Understand project scope, bid, changes, and change order processes; notify owner when outside scope.
• Ensure projects stay within time, budget, and quality commitments; coordinate with team to keep schedule.
• Participate in pre-construction activities and manage USAs, staging, and material logistics.
• Confirm permits and licenses are in place; manage subcontractor scheduling.
• Oversee financials of contracts and subcontracts; review invoices and change orders.
• Oversee project close-out and final punch list with customers.
• Review final plans for revisions and communicate to owner.
• Ensure accuracy of cost reporting and billing related to changes.
