M.C. Dean, Inc. is hiring a Construction Manager I to lead the day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely construction and maintenance of structures and systems. You will coordinate with clients, manage schedules, and oversee QA/QC plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing scope, managing procurement, cost forecasting, and leading field teams to deliver quality outcomes while adhering to project controls and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day management of project construction site and ensures safe operation and QA/QC standards.
• Oversees scheduling, budgeting, and implementation across structures, facilities, and systems.
• Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to secure buy-in for modular construction projects and manages documentation and reporting.
• Uses InfraLink for project management, reporting, and document control.
• Manages procurement processes, BOM verification, and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Assists in CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, and staffing plans; monitors schedule progress.
