You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of industry tenure and field-based experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report variances.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices.
• Manage planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Support divisional pursuits and growth strategies.
• Foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
