Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities and issues related to completing a construction project.
• Develops a Master Project Schedule and updates it monthly for all parties.
• Manages contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and submittals with owners/architects.
• Ensures shop drawings meet specifications and are delivered on time.
• Maintains compliance with project plans, budgets, and Crossland guidelines.
