Georgia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale capital projects across manufacturing facilities. The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and high-quality execution with a focus on constructability, schedule performance, and cost control.

You will partner with project leadership, engineering, operations, and contractors through the full lifecycle—from development to startup—while promoting PBM principles and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of construction leadership on large industrial projects.
• Ten+ years in industrial construction, PM, engineering, or execution.
• Experience managing activities within operating facilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple crafts and contractors.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Familiarity with safety, constructability, and project turnover.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction execution for large-scale capital projects in facilities.
• Develop construction strategies for complex installations and expansions.
• Partner with management, engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Provide input on constructability, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Review drawings, specs, scopes, and schedules for constructability.
• Lead superintendents and contractors across multiple fronts.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement.
