The ideal candidate will lead project teams, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and maintain schedules, budgets, and safety standards while delivering high-quality, on-time results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing ground-up projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project plans.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review plans, contracts, and project documents.
• Monitor costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and maintain client relationships.
