Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead diverse commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and contracts, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality results.

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Successfully managed projects from groundbreaking through final closeout.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
