gpac is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal sector construction initiatives. The role demands strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and meticulous financial oversight across project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with a Superintendent and stakeholders to drive schedules, procurement, approvals, and closeout activities, while maintaining compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• 8+ years' experience managing federal commercial projects.
• Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
• Confident, articulate communication with team members, partners, and clients.
• Strong financial management skills and ability to independently manage a project.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, distribute, and track RFIs.
• Distribute and track construction bulletins, RFPs, or other change documentation.
• Post addenda or other changes to plans and specifications.
• Create and update detailed project schedules with Superintendent.
• Manage closeout activities including punch lists, change orders, contracts, permits, and occupancy details.
• Facilitate project meetings and distribute agendas and notes.
• Manage procurement logs and submittal processes.
• Review shop drawings and samples.
• Schedule, prepare and facilitate meetings.
• Prepare and manage contracts, permits, and approvals.
