Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
• Proven experience managing all phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations on all sites.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance and review daily progress.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper techniques.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
