Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Project Manager for large-scale commercial construction projects in California. The role will lead projects from conception to completion, coordinating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning with architects, engineers, and contractors.

A strong focus on safety, schedule, and budget is essential for stadiums, hospitality, and data centers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM for major construction, excellent leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for large-scale commercial construction.
• Experience in stadiums, hospitality, retail, restaurants, casinos, data centers, industrial facilities, and medical complexes.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and team members to meet high standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and changes to meet objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and continuous improvement.
• Drive opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
