Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating teams to prepare accurate project estimates.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost control.
• Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and adjust as needed.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with design/engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract management.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead project meetings with owners to provide updates and address concerns.
• Coordinate with accounting for timely pay estimates and payments.
