Responsibilities

• Budget updates and forecast of cost-to-complete with exposure analysis.
• Coordinate Oracle with Expedition to identify exposures and forecast impacts.
• Track field directives, back charges, and unit price exposures for forecasting.
• Lead change order management and prepare owner reports and monthly COR closeouts.
• Develop and monitor project close-out plans and CCQ processes.
• Manage owner/sub requisitions, schedules of values, and timely payments.
• Oversee cash flow, schedules, and variance analysis for the project.
• Establish and lead project team meetings with defined agendas and time limits.
• Maintain contract logs and ensure nonconformance and quality tracking.
• Foster firm but fair subcontractor relationships and proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure timely buy-out, procurement scheduling, and schedule narratives with scheduling team.
• Lead risk management reviews and communications with the Owner.
• Drive quality management and adherence to the Suffolk SOPs on projects.
