Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of construction experience required; GC on large-scale projects preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of contracts, risk, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and align with Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify insurance for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly job status reports on priorities and issues.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
• Support acquisition of new work through proposals and presentations.
