The role requires 7+ years of GC experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of contracts, permits, and risk management. Expect active site work, cross-functional coordination, and a focus on safety and quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, strong leadership required.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing large-scale GC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, permits, and insurance for subs.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Ensure knowledge of contracts and all parties involved.
• Secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance.
• Coordinate project meetings and develop the project plan.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Submit monthly status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Oversee project close-out, manuals, warranties, and final payments.
• Foster relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Monitor progress and enforce deadlines.
• Participate in proposals and presentations as needed.
• Drive safety culture on site.
• Support business development through proposals.
