Qualifications

• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineering and design firms, and trade contractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.

Education

Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management degree or related field
