Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Executive to steer day-to-day management of large-scale projects. You will coordinate with the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to manage schedule, budget, and risk while championing safety on site.

You will lead contract administration, procurement, and reporting, and guide the project team through milestones, coordinating with owners and design partners to deliver superior results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years construction experience required; GC on large-scale projects preferred.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subs and partners.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity and milestones.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, engineers, and designers.
• Oversee project closeout, turnover of manuals and warranty documents.
