Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met. The role requires coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project profitability.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams on industrial or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science or related field; PMP/CCM a plus.
• Extensive budget management on construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents.
• Knowledge of MS Office and construction PM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Lead project hand-off meetings and gather critical information before construction.
• Prepare construction budget by studying plans and projecting costs; verify cost code accuracy.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Build and manage the project schedule with field supervisors and contractors.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, negotiating terms and delivery.
