Job summary

Mullins Mechanical seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive construction projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure successful project delivery by coordinating documentation, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management on assignment-based job sites.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with opportunities for growth in a fast-moving, industrial environment across multiple project locations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification is an asset.
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR training.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead project hand-off meetings.
• Prepare construction budgets and cost codes.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values.
• Build and manage project schedules with field supervision.
• Prepare/submit time sheets and cost reporting.
• Manage subcontractors and subcontracts.
• Prepare monthly project billing and invoicing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents for resources.
