The role is hands-on and entry-level to mid-career, ideal for someone able to own small projects independently while supporting larger initiatives under the Corporate Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 0-3 years of experience in construction, facilities projects, or engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal capital projects.
• Manage small projects independently; support larger ones.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and site activities.
• Track milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Prepare project updates and status reports.
• Travel to project sites as required.
