Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Projects to oversee the U.S. capital investment program across travel plaza environments. You will manage multiple projects from planning through turnover, coordinating with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and brand partners.

The role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal disruption to operations. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, development, retail, or multi-site environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent capital projects independently.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout knowledge.
• Experience in active operating environments with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects through full lifecycle from scope to closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, milestones, and risk reporting.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and brand partners to drive projects to opening.
• Align project execution with operations, merchandising, and business objectives.
• Lead QSR and retail fit-outs, remodels, and brand conversions.
