Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction, facilities projects, or engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support initiation of internal capital and construction projects.
• Gather requirements, define project scope with stakeholders.
• Develop preliminary plans, schedules, budgets, CapEx approvals.
• Independently manage small internal capital projects from design through completion.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and daily project activities.
• Track milestones, risks, and project costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Prepare status reports and closeout documentation.
