Job summary

ANDRITZ AG is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver customer capital projects from sales handoff through warranty expiration at its Muncy, PA location. You will ensure contractual requirements, technical specs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, automation, service, and sales to drive project success and deliver results for key clients

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience coordinating or managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from sales handoff through project completion and warranty expiration.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for all project-related communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project plans to meet contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Automation, Service, and Sales.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, costs, risks, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, billing milestones, and project documentation within the ERP system.
