Responsibilities

• Pre-Job: Estimating, contracts, permits and insurance certificates.
• During Construction: Safety, purchasing, submittals, tracking materials and equipment.
• During Construction: Field personnel tracking and productivity tracking.
• During Construction: Change order submittals and tracking.
• Job Closeout: Project closeout O&M manuals and as-recording drawings warranties.
