Job summary

CESO, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field.

You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and external contractors while maintaining client relationships. You'll lead full project lifecycles, manage scopes, schedules, and finances, prepare proposals, contracts, and change orders, and ensure quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with minimum 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field preferred
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training required
• Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and daily timesheet data entry; proficient in Microsoft Suite, Deltek, and Newforma

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals with scope, schedule, fee budget, negotiations, and billing; coordinate other contract negotiations with senior leadership
• Accountable for team quality, productivity, and actions
• Lead full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation through closeout
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships, expectations, and communications
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and client billing; ensure compliance with codes and client requirements
