Qualifications

The search is focused on professionals with a strong background in heavy highway, bridge construction, earthwork, and underground utilities, with experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and DOT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and profitability.
