Next150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join the field team across multiple Ohio sites. The role sits on job sites with occasional training sessions and travel to the office as needed, helping bridge field operations with project management.

You will support the project team by coordinating information, maintaining logs, preparing reports, and contributing to schedule updates and cost tracking using CMiC and Bluebeam.

Formación

• BS or MS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–6 years with a large trade contractor, construction management or GC.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CMiC and Bluebeam is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Project Manager on coordinating and distributing all project information.
• Maintain contract document logs up to date in real time.
• Prepare and present status reports on RFIs, submittals, and other documents.
• Write effective scopes of work for bid packages.
• Issue and follow up on RFQs with trade contractors and vendors.
• Update project schedules with CPM techniques.
• Prepare change management reports, estimates and cost documents.
• Maintain project quality files and documentation systems.
• Support field operations and coordinate material logistics and field productivity tracking.
