Job summary

Clayton is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities for single-family homes in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coordinate permits, walkthroughs, contract work, and service calls while ensuring exceptional customer service and timely completion of projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and management, strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift and move furniture or promotional items.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction phase for all current deals.
• Scheduling all contracted work.
• Following up with contractors and customers for service calls.
• Pulling permits and coordinating walkthroughs with customers.
• Managing Home Centers NPS and customer service.
• Scheduling setup and delivery and other service items.
• Follow-up with customers via multiple contact methods.
• Merchandising the retail location and homes and cleaning as needed.
• Partner with manager on exceptions and questions.
• Protect company assets and participate in sales meetings.
