• Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and required documentation.
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders.
• Perform project scheduling; ensure quality control and overall logistics.
• Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project).
• Manage the closeout process efficiently.
• Complete all job close-out procedures.
• Supervise support roles (asst PM, admin, MEP managers, safety team).
• Collaborate with the PM and site ops team throughout the life of the project.

Position Summary

Growing CM firm located in the Orlando area seeks a strong Project Manager to oversee construciton of Commerical, Retail, Multifamily work.The Project Manager (PM) develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. The PM provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The PM is the primary leader for the construction project.

• Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Collaborate on pre-construction RFP package
• Conduct project meetings, while setting milestones and formulating monthly owner reports
