Job summary
LeoForce is a New York City-based general contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily high-rise residential builds in Queens and Brooklyn. We seek a senior Project Manager to lead ground-up mid-rise and high-rise projects and drive performance from inception through closeout.
The ideal candidate has extensive NYC experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore. We offer a competitive salary, bonus potential, 401(k) with match, and full medical benefits.
Qualifications
- Senior-level PM with 5+ years supervising ground-up mid-rise/high-rise residential projects in NYC.
- Experience with lump-sum contracts preferred.
- Procore software experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ground-up mid-rise/high-rise residential projects in NYC.
- Lead project teams and manage subcontractors and schedules.
- Ensure budget, safety, and quality compliance throughout construction.
