Job summary

Venergy-Group-LL in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across government, commercial, and private sectors. You will develop RFP requirements, work with site leadership, and ensure projects are planned, budgeted, documented, and completed on schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s in CM or engineering, senior PM experience, and relevant certifications; travel to multiple sites is expected, and OSHA 30-Hour is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• State Certification and Licensing (PMP, CGC, CPM or PE) preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
• Ten years or more experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent.
• Experience working with Veterans Affairs Hospitals or on Government Projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops RFP requirements and oversees project construction.
• Negotiates contracts with external vendors.
• Obtains required permits and licenses.
• Plans operations, resources, and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitors budgets and prepares client progress reports.
• Ensures health and safety standards on all sites.
