Job summary

Venergy Group, LLC seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction operations from planning to completion on government projects, including VA Hospital work. You will manage daily scheduling, supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with Project Managers.

The role requires a ten-year background in commercial construction, travel, and proficiency with MS Office; GC and CQM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ten years’ experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction software; Pro-core desirable.
• Experience on government projects, preferably VA Hospitals.
• GC license and CQM certification preferred.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations from planning to completion.
• Maintain relationships with clients including VA Hospitals.
• Develop and maintain site logistics with Project Managers.
• Conduct safety inspections and lead Toolbox Talks.
• Prepare Daily Reports and attend project meetings.
• Supervise multiple crews and manage schedules and costs.
