Job summary

Venergy-Group-LL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects across government, commercial, and private sectors. You will develop RFP requirements, manage budgets and schedules, and document all aspects of the project.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or 4 years of vocational education) with 10+ years of PM or Superintendent experience. PMP/CGC/CPM/PE preferred; OSHA 30 required; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field, or 4 years vocational education.
• State Certification and Licensing (PMP, CGC, CPM or PE) preferred.
• Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certificate preferred.
• 10+ years experience as Project Manager or Superintendent.
• Experience with Veterans Affairs Hospitals or Government Projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with engineers, architects to determine project specifications.
• Negotiates contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtains permits and licenses from authorities.
• Determines resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to finish with budget focus.
• Plans construction operations and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitors equipment and materials across sites.
• Evaluates progress and prepares reports for clients.
• Ensures adherence to health and safety standards and documents issues.
• Provides resources and staffing to meet safety and project needs.
• Performs risk management and oversees quality standards on sites.
