Job summary

Apache Industrial Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the customer’s primary contact and oversee the full project lifecycle from initial planning through construction completion.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers, and establish plans, budgets, and schedules to meet project goals. This role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and financial oversight, with occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management, oil, and gas, and/or industrial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or another related field preferred or equivalent experience in industry.
• PMP or other certifications preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award to completion, including monitoring schedules, budgets, and manpower expenditures.
• Attend bid meetings and site walks to understand customer requirements and job conditions.
• May estimate work and prepare proposals with Estimator.
• Set up kickoff meeting and contract review with stakeholders.
• Define job schedules, work scope, and productivity metrics with field leadership.
• Manage change orders, document scope changes, and capture cost differences including revenue.
• Perform continual project reviews with client and internal teams.
• Oversee invoicing, payroll, and T&M sheets.
