Job summary

Apache Industrial Services is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the customer’s primary contact and oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects. You will meet with clients, architects, and engineers to establish plans, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management or related industrial services, a related degree, and strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and KPI management. Travel may be required to support field operations and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management, oil, and gas, and/or industrial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or another related field preferred or equivalent experience in industry.
• PMP or other certifications preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads all elements of the project execution from award to completion, including monitoring schedules, budgets, and manpower expenditures.
• Attend bid meetings/job walk to understand customer requirements, scope of work, and site conditions.
• May estimate work and prepare proposals or work with Estimator.
• Set up project kickoff meeting and contract review with stakeholders.
• Communicate project requirements and work with field leadership to define job schedules, scope, and productivity metrics.
• Own KPIs and ensure projects progress according to budget through project controls.
