Apache Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Louisiana to lead full project lifecycles from planning through completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field leaders to develop budgets, schedules, and scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management, oil, gas, and/or industrial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award to completion, monitoring schedules, budgets, and manpower expenditures.
• Attend bid meetings and job walks to understand customer requirements, scope, and site conditions.
• Set up kickoff meetings and contract reviews with stakeholders; communicate requirements and schedules.
• Manage change orders, document scope changes, and capture cost differences including revenue impact.
• Provide ongoing project reviews with client and leadership; ensure KPI targets are met and projects stay on budget.
• Ensure quality, safety, and job execution per contract; oversee invoicing activities.
