Job summary

Apache Industrial seeks a Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle in construction-related environments. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and field teams to plan, budget, and schedule projects from award through completion, ensuring alignment with contracts and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, contract interpretation, KPI tracking, and proactive communication with stakeholders to drive on-time delivery and financial health of the project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management and industrial services.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of project execution from award to completion, including monitoring schedules, budgets, and manpower expenditures.
• Attend bid meetings and site walks; understand customer requirements and may estimate work or work with Estimator.
• Set up kickoff and contract review with stakeholders; define schedules, scope, and productivity metrics.
• Execute change orders, document scope changes, and capture cost differences including revenue.
• Perform continual project reviews with client, leadership, and contracted parties.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and promptly communicate scope changes or issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Own KPIs and ensure projects progress according to budget with project controls.
• Provide financial health updates and oversee project invoicing (payroll and T&M).
• Adhere to quality, safety, and contract requirements.
