Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager in Ashburn, Virginia to oversee field operations on large construction projects, including data centers. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality while coordinating with foremen, subcontractors, and owners’ representatives.

The role emphasizes in-field leadership, BIM coordination, and proactive problem solving on active job sites, with a focus on delivering milestones and optimized labor utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience working on data center construction projects.
• Exposure to projects worth upwards of $30m.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Support and collaborate closely with trade foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination.
• Communicate and coordinate with the general contractor and owners' representatives.
• Maintain and manage the project schedule to meet milestone and completion requirements.
• Forecast and manage on-site labor needs in partnership with the trade foreman.
• Monitor and manage fabrication schedules as needed.
• Participate in and help manage the BIM/coordination process.
• Maintain professional communication with team members and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams across various departments throughout the project lifecycle.
