Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Spokane, WA to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

The role requires mid-level experience (5+ years), with ground-up or major renovation project exposure, strong contracts, budgeting, scheduling knowledge, and proficiency with construction

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
  • Background in commercial, industrial, federal, educational, healthcare, municipal, or hospitality construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ability to lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve project performance.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and clients.
  • Drive schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and successful project closeout.
