Job summary

Premier Glass/Glazing Contractor in the Twin-Cities area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from planning through execution. You will develop budgets, timelines, and work plans, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, manage contracts, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, building products, details, standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Handle contract management, including negotiation and compliance.
• Provide leadership to the project team with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Strategic planning to forecast, plan, and coordinate project activities.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third parties.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
