The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years training program management in manufacturing, and strong skills in SharePoint and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years managing training programs in manufacturing or operations.
• 3+ years administering document control systems.
• Familiarity with ISO-based systems & lean/continuous improvement.
• Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI & workflow automation.
• Collaborative leader able to influence across multiple sites.
• Coach and mentor focused on developing people and culture.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project scopes including engineering, storefronts, curtain walls, operable windows, doors, unitized systems, skylights, and glass.
• Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders; ensure scope matches quotes and design needs.
• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule and keep records of all project-related documents.
