Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven 3+ years as a Project Manager in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Develop and deliver project budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet budgets and schedules.
• Handle contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team with clear roles.
