Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) seeks a Glass and Glazing – Senior Project Manager for its Lenexa, KS operations. This role leads glass/glazing projects, develops schedules, coordinates with field teams, and ensures QA/QC adherence throughout the build process.

The candidate must have 8+ years in construction management, strong budgeting and communication skills, and experience with estimating and subcontractor coordination. Safety and compliance underpin daily activities and decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction management experience or equivalent
• Experience estimating and managing glass & glazing scopes
• Strong reading of specs and drawings; proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans for branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists and QA/QC measures.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to optimize schedules and productivity.
• Monitor job costs and change orders; assist in subcontractor buyout and sequencing.
