Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing Senior Project Manager for our Lenexa, KS operations. You will lead glass and glazing projects, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and QA/QC standards across assigned projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction management, a related degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Takeoff tools, and Procore.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Construction Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans for branch and projects.
• Create/manage punch lists proactively.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and foremen for scheduling and issues.
• Support job cost control via FAWs and cost tracking.
• Assist in subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure QA/QC alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M documentation.
