Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Lexington, KY seeks a Project Manager for PCI Cincinnati 581 operations. This role provides project management support for commercial projects and emphasizes safety, QA/QC, scheduling, and cost control.

The position requires 5–7 years in construction management, OSHA certification, and strong communication and MS Office skills. Local Lexington/ Cincinnati coordination is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Construction Management experience required.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Experience with estimating/project management and managing specialty scopes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and branch/project measures.
• Follow PCI safety guidelines and QA/QC program.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to optimize productivity and sequence trades.
• Manage labor controls and cost measures to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s, and assist subcontractor buyouts and change orders.
• Complete monthly FAW’s and support Customer Alignment Plan.
