Job summary

PCI is seeking a Project Manager for its PCI Cincinnati 581 operations based in Lexington, KY. You will provide project management support to commercial projects and ensure adherence to safety plans, QA/QC, and efficient field coordination.

Responsibilities include preparing RFIs/submittals, managing schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors to maximize profitability while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Construction Management experience.
• OSHA Certification.
• Experience with estimating/ PM / managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team orientation and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Understand building systems and coordinate activities for productivity.
• Create and manage job schedules; coordinate with supervisors and foremen.
• Perform labor control and manage change orders to maximize profit.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M; assist in subcontractor buyout and contracts.
• Complete monthly FAWs for job cost control and support Customer Alignment Plan.
• Maintain positive customer relations; safety sensitive role.
