Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Project Manager for its Cincinnati-based operations, located in Louisville, KY. You will provide project management support for commercial projects, coordinate with field supervisors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5-7 years of CM experience, OSHA cert, and strong communication. Competitive benefits and an ESOP are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of Construction Management work experience.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and branch/project measures.
• Create and manage punch lists; coordinate with field teams.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings; understand building systems.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate with supervisors to optimize work sequence.
• Monitor costs; perform job cost control through FAWs; manage changes.
• Support customer relations and align with the Customer Alignment Plan.
