Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Houston 115 operations in Pasadena, TX. You will provide project management support on commercial and industrial projects, coordinate schedules, budgets, and safety plans, and ensure QA/QC adherence.

You will prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, read specifications and drawings, and work with field supervisors to maximize productivity and profitability while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with estimating, project management, or managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling and coordination with field teams.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Read specifications and drawings for accurate work sequences.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor activities to maximize productivity.
• Assist in cost control and ensure project profitability.
