Job summary

ARCO Murray Construction Company in Fort Myers seeks a Project Manager to drive project performance from day one. You will lead estimating, scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting while coordinating with owners and design teams to develop concepts and value engineering ideas.

The role requires a BS in Engineering (3.2 GPA min) and 2–5 years in construction management or design, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project. Benefits include a strong bonus program and ESOP.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project performance and profitability from day one.
• Handle estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and billing.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on preliminary concepts and VE ideas.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under deadlines and manage multiple activities.
